Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Muffin Mix is a foolproof mix that yields tender, moist, and delicious gluten free muffins in just about 30 minutes, beginning to end! No dairy ingredients are in the mix and it’s totally customizable so you can add your favorite mix-ins. We’ve included some ideas on the back of the package, but we always encourage creativity when it comes to baking. Banana nut, cranberry orange, spicy chocolate, cheddar and chive breakfast muffins – anything your imagination can come up with! Made with whole grain ingredients and is super simple to prepare. All you need from your kitchen is 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter, 1 cup milk, 2 eggs, and about a cup of your favorite add-ins. One package makes 12 muffins. Like all of our gluten free-labeled products, this product is processed in a dedicated gluten free facility and is R5-ELISA tested to confirm its gluten free status.
